Selmers' after sales department, in co-operation with our local agents, supplies (on-site) technical assistance for maintenance/operation as well as spare part services on a contract or ad-hoc base. The people of the after sales department can provide you with quick and reliable support if you have a technical problem or require spare parts for your plant.

As client's plants are capital-intensive production factories, it is vital that the equipment works properly and standstills are avoided. Therefore Selmers has appointed a dedicated after sales department to be the "vocal point" in the organisation, meaning that they act as the central co-ordinators for all requests for information, field service and spare parts from the moment the plant has been commissioned. The advantage of this work sequence is that the client's production manager always talks to the same person in the company, who therefore knows the full history of the plant and the client, and can optimally react to this.
